There is nothing in the constitution that gives the federal government the authority to make marijuana illegal. Medical and even recreational use of this drug in no way affects the rights of innocent bystanders. To prevent somebody from doing something that affects nobody else is plain tyranny.

I believe that all people should have the liberty to do what they please with marijuana. I seriously think that i does no harm whatsoever to a persons behaviors. I KNOW through experience that it may make you hungry and/or tired, but it has made no difference in the way i live.
