I definetly think that this herb should be legal not only because God gave it to all man for use, food, and medicine but this is the healing of the nation this herb bring people together and stops a lot of violence and i also thik that if it is legalized then the use of dangerous drugs will be reduced ecspecially with the new generation a lot of the children will find no need to search for a greater high because in school they will be taught the truth that marijuana is not a dangerous thing unlike now they are told it will make them go crazy etc. etc. so when they do try it then they realize that what they were taught are all lies then this leads them to try other drugs thinking that if they lied about this herb then other drugs must not be as bad as they say they are then its too late there hooked then society has to deal with another drugie who could probably be a threat to the other people and them selves!!! Every year rapists, murderers, child molestors and more are let back on the streets because of loop holes in the court system and yet some kid who got caught with a pipe and more than an ounce gets to spend his teenage years in juv. hall because they assume he was going to sell it. God forbid he has a few seeds on him (because he didn't want to have plants growing around his parents house while has loading his bowl so he stuck them in his pocket or something) or he's in forever for the potential of growing plants, harvesting them, and then selling them to poor innocent first graders. Figure that one out.
