We would like to thank our newest Signers - Aaron Nulf, Michelle Boden, Chris Boden, and Timothy Richardson!

There are nearly one million people in jail in the United States for non-violent activities related to the use, possession, cultivation, transportation or sale of marijuana. The purpose of this site is to make available a place for everyone who supports the idea of Nojailforpot to sign his or her name, and make it proudly public for everyone to see. The people below have taken the significant step of putting their names to this important declaration, for all the country to see.

This has been my stand since 1969 and then in 2004 got my medical marijuana recommendation. While this is legal in WA there are still many patients being arrested and harassed by LEO for following the Dr's recommendation. Once and for all it should be legalized and all those imprisoned for cannabis related offenses should be let out. Free the weed for all it is part of our natural rights of life, liberty & pursuit of happiness without interference of said police or courts. Listen to the people and stop putting words in out mouths. Peace

We need to take the profits out of criminals hands. Kids need to be protected from this drug. Tax it, regulated it.

Seems somebody's always trying to get in our pockets, I think it should be mandatory that anyone living in the USA should have to smoke the bud!! there would be peace and the munchies...so what!! Then law enforcement could put forth their energy into catching the REAL offenders. I fully support all marijuana being legal for any purpose.

i do not think it should a criminal act for individuals to use marijuana legally. it is legal to use alchol which has a even more negative effect on an individual then marijuana does. legalize it and move on with more pressing issues!!!
